More complex servicing and repairs are entrusted to highly reputable specialist horologists, including authorised routes where required and available, with the relevant written warranty or guarantee supplied.
Replacement batteries are guaranteed for 12 months. Qualifying repairs and complete services arranged through John Gowing Jewellers carry a 12-month guarantee on the workmanship performed and replacement parts supplied, subject to the documented terms.
